That work spans foundations through vertical construction, inclusive of architectural finishes and MEP systems, on commercial, health and science facilities, detention centers, academic buildings, and industrial plants. As prime contractor, the division holds full responsibility for the project — assembling and managing the trade base, driving schedule and cost control, and serving as the single point of accountability to the owner from preconstruction through final acceptance.
