Peter Scalamandre & Sons performs the underground and structural work that supports the region's water, wastewater, and utility systems. The division delivers water main and sanitary sewer installation, force mains, pump stations, outfalls, and plant and treatment facility work, along with the deep excavation, sheeting and shoring, dewatering, and support of excavation that this scope demands. Much of it runs through developed corridors and occupied sites, where existing utilities are mapped, protected, and maintained in service while construction proceeds around them. Our teams handle the permitting, agency coordination, and environmental controls that come with working in and around active systems, and self-perform the excavation and concrete scope that keeps the schedule under our own control.
