Work included un-reinforced cement concrete pavement, asphalt concrete pavement and construction of five composite girder bridges, on Route 27 and the Service Road for a length of 2.8 miles.
In addition, existing paving was replaced with new cement
concrete pavement on a ten-lane portion of the highway for a length of five (5) miles.
